Join our Community choir: Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:30pm, free places available.

Set, Waltz & Ceilidh dancing every Tuesday in Kennedy Hall 2-3pm

Gentle Yoga: Every Friday in Kennedy Hall 2-3pm

Mindfulness: Every Wednesday morning in Kennedy Hall 10:30am-12:00

ICAP Men’s Talking Group: Bi-weekly running 11am-12:00 on Oct 31st, Nov 14th, 28th & Dec 12th at 96 Moray Road, N4 3LA

Creative Writing group – every other Thursday from 5th January 2023. 2pm-4pm – online via Zoom. Email [email protected] to join.

 

Reminiscence

14 weeks of creative workshops for anyone living with memory loss. Engage in creative activities, meet others, share stories & cultural experiences and have fun, all supported by trained Reminiscence Artist Zoe Gilmour. Carers/family support welcomed and refreshments provided.

Running weekly every Wednesday from 18th January 2022 – 12th April 2023, 1-4pm at the London Irish Centre
