Wellbeing Activity at the London Irish Centre:

Join our Community choir: Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:30pm, free places available.

Gentle Yoga: Every Friday in Kennedy Hall 2-3pm

Mindfulness: Every Wednesday morning in Kennedy Hall 10:30am-12:00

ICAP Men’s Talking Group: Bi-weekly running 11am-12:00. Email [email protected] for registration and dates information.

Creative Writing group: every other Thursday 2pm-4pm. Email [email protected] to join.
