Data Officer

The Data, Systems and Impact Officer is responsible for ensuring the charity’s data and systems are accurate, efficient, secure and fit for purpose. The postholder will be responsible for maintaining and improving organisational databases and systems, ensuring high standards of data quality and supporting colleagues to make effective use of technology.

The role also plays a key part in measuring and demonstrating the charity’s impact by collecting, analysing and reporting on data that evidences outcomes, informs strategic decision-making and supports continuous improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with a passion for using data to improve services and supporting mission impact. The Charity is undergoing a significant re-development over the next few years and this role is designed to add additional support during an important transitional time for the Charity.

Executive Assistant and Redevelopment Administrator

To provide high-level, confidential administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Board of Trustees, while serving as a key operational support for the charity’s Capital Campaign and Development teams. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support in addition to internal and external stakeholder management support. The role will also provide support to the wider team, subject to capacity and prioritisation. The Charity is undergoing a significant re-development over the next few years and this role is designed to add additional support during an important and busy time for the Charity.

Advice Officer

The London Irish Centre is seeking an experienced, compassionate and knowledgeable Advice Officer to join our committed team. The successful candidate will bring expertise in welfare rights and housing, and a strong commitment to supporting those facing financial hardship or insecure living conditions. In this role, you will work directly with clients to deliver accredited advice and practical guidance, helping them navigate complex systems and secure the support they need. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure a holistic and integrated service that puts community needs first.

The Advice Service is dedicated to enhancing income, alleviating poverty, and ensuring secure housing for community members throughout London. Our goal is to empower individuals by facilitating access to appropriate support through a strength-based and person-centered approach. We offer accredited information and advice on welfare benefits and housing, as well as assistance in obtaining grants.

As an integral part of the London Irish Centre’s Community services, the Advice Service collaborates with our Support Service, Citizenship and Identity, Health Navigation, Community Programmes (responsible for events and activities), and our specialized Survivor Integrated Service. Together, we strive to deliver community-led and best-practice support.

Bar Supervisor

The Bar Supervisor plays a key role within the Bar and Events Team at the London Irish Centre (LIC), supporting the Bar Manager in establishing the venue as London’s premier Irish bar. This dynamic role goes beyond day-to-day bar supervision and includes venue setup, technical support, and involvement in the events business. Working closely with the Event Manager, the Bar Supervisor ensures that the LIC’s technical facilities—particularly AV and sound equipment—are kept in top condition, offering exceptional event experiences. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Cultural Events Team to support live performances and events. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of building and enhancing the identity of the London Irish Centre while gaining hands-on experience in managing bars, events, and live performances.

Rate of pay: £15.65 per hour
