Community Development

Our Community offer serves to improve wellbeing, tackle social isolation and provide connection.

As “The Irish Heart of London,” our mission is to empower and enrich lives through Irish community and culture, extending a warm Irish welcome to all who engage with Community programmes, activities and events. Our Community Offer includes:

• A community café in Kennedy Hall at the centre on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays 12-2pm
• A community fridge offering free produce and take-home meals open on Fridays from 12-4pm
• A telephone and in-person Befriending programme
• Social Groups in Sutton, Croydon, Ealing, Hammersmith & Hanwell.
• An Enablement Service dedicated to those living with complex needs.
• A support programme and National Helpline for Survivors of Institutional Abuse in Ireland.
