James O’Riordan

Originally from and now based in Cork, James held senior roles in Deloitte LLP over many years, up to Vice Chairman. He has significant experience from across the industry including insurance, banking and IT. He held client-side roles in addition to secondments into senior executive positions in the Financial Services Industry and has worked delivering business and IT alignment, focused on delivering exponential benefit and transformational change.
Previously, he led the UK Insurance sector business and was co-lead Partner of Deloitte’s EMEA Insurance practice.
James is a former captain in the Irish Defence Forces and a retired rugby international player.
