Patrick Doherty

Patrick lives in London with his wife Evelyn and two sons Conor and Josh who are currently at university. Both his Mother and Father were Irish and from County Clare and County Mayo respectively and he was brought up in a close knit working class Irish community in South London, where the Catholic Church and Sydenham Irish club were the centre of social and spiritual lives. His early years post school saw him travel and do charity work but he also started on his journey in the corporate world, working for 10 years for a marketing and sales organisation in North London.
For the last 20 years he worked on the consulting side in Deloitte, which gave him the opportunity to work with some amazing people and organisations around the world. He is passionate about his Irish heritage and the Irish community, he is proud of his Irish roots and family both here and back in Ireland…and America, and Australia…and is very much looking forward to being involved in the London Irish Centre in the exciting next stage of its development.
