Wellbeing Activity at the London Irish Centre:
Community Choir: Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:30pm, free places available.
Mindfulness: Every Wednesday morning in Kennedy Hall 10:30am-12:00
ICAP Men’s Talking Group: Bi-weekly running 11am-12:00.
Creative Writing group: every other Thursday 2pm-4pm.
