Melanie Simpson
Arts and Culture Programmer/Producer
Melanie was appointed Arts and Culture Programmer/Producer at the London Irish Centre in February 2021. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Creative Multimedia and has previously worked in digital imaging and communications for online retailer MATCHESFASHION and University College Dublin.
In 2018 she joined ‘The Irish Jam’ radio show on London’s Riverside Radio which showcases new Irish talent. She currently presents and produces the show alongside the team. She is committed to gender parity and inclusion across the arts.
In 2020 Melanie achieved a Level 3 Team Leader Qualification accredited by the Chartered Management Institute. Melanie is interested in wellness and self-development and is a Mental Health First Aider. She is currently studying for an accredited diploma in Transformational Coaching.
