Andrea Keogh

Andrea Keogh

Director of People and Operations

Andrea was born and raised in Australia to an Irish father and German mother who met through their shared love of Irish music. As both her parents are musicians, she grew up with Irish music playing in the background and often attended her Dad’s gigs with his Irish band. Andrea decided to move to Dublin for two years in 2009 to get to know her Irish roots before settling in London in 2011.

Andrea’s background is in the charity arts sector and she was previously General Manager at the Battersea Arts Centre, the Invisible Dot, Artichoke and Siobhan Davies Dance. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatremaking, a Master of Management in Arts Management and is working her way towards completing a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR degree.

She joined the Senior Leadership Team at LIC in 2019 as the Director of Operations as it combined her passion for arts & culture, her desire to work for organisations which bring people together and genuinely make a difference in their lives, and her interest in learning more about her own heritage.

Andrea especially enjoys supporting people to reach their full potential and is passionate about creating a happy workplace.
