ABOUT ÓDÚ
Ódú burst onto the Irish music scene with her maximalist,
disco inflected pop in 2017 and has grown from strength to strength since the
release of her debut EP Conversations. Since then she has released
several more singles including Men Like Me, Care and the massive
song Saturday, which has amassed almost half a million Spotify streams
to date. 2022 saw Ódú branch out into TV and theatre where she wrote and
composed the songs for the sell out musical Oliver Cromwell is Really Very
Sorry which received 5 stars from The Irish Times and was described as a
“mischievously brilliant, synth pop score, which is a foot-stomping,
hand-clapping delight.” Ódú’s debut album is due out later this year.
