Choral Leader Callout Autumn 2022

We're looking for a Choral Leader to help launch and lead our new project, London Irish Community Voices.

London Irish Community Voices is a new community choir created to bring the community together through their mutual love of singing Irish songs. This choir will help promote positive wellbeing amongst its members and deliver a series of health benefits associated with choral singing.

We are looking for a creative, friendly, high-energy individual who is excited to work directly with the community. They will bring their experience of leading choirs and have experience working with a diverse mix of people, of differing experiences and backgrounds.

We encourage all our freelancers to bring their own teaching styles, ideas and creativity to the project, whilst upholding the LIC’s values and mission at the heart of their work.

When – October 2022, 10-consecutive-weeks, days tbc, 7-9pm in the evenings.

Choir Master Rate – £140 per week for 10 consecutive weeks.

Commitment – We will expect the Choir Master to be available for the entire term, with the ambition to work with the LIC to grow and develop the choir over a year.

DBS check/certificate and references may be required.

Apply to – [email protected] with your CV or cover letter explaining your interest and experience.

Deadline – Thursday 1st September 2022
